- We make the video. Our designers make your video within 48 hours after we receive all of your photographs and music.
- Watch, download, share. We email you a private link to watch it and download the MP4. You can ask for one round of small changes, such as replacing a few photographs or switching a song.

How many photographs can I send?
Up to 100. Around 25 to 100 makes the best video; the more you send, the longer it plays. You can also add short video clips.
Can I choose any song?
Yes, any songs you like, with no charge per song. List them in the order you want them played, with the artist and any version details. Or let our designers choose instrumental music for you.
Do you fix my photographs?
Yes. We enhance every photograph (brightness, colour and cleanup) as part of the price.
How long will it take?
Within 48 hours after we receive all of your photographs and music selections. The clock starts when everything has arrived.
What do I receive?
An email with a private link to watch the video online, and a download of the MP4 file, which plays on a TV, a laptop or a phone, and can be shown at the service.
Can I change something afterwards?
You can ask for one round of small changes, for example replacing a few photographs or switching a song.
