Their answers land in your dashboard, where you can edit the story, choose a design and download a print-ready program. On the Professional plan you can also publish a memorial page.

Plans are billed monthly, plus applicable sales tax, with no minimum term. Cancel any time from your dashboard and you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Memorials you have already published stay online.
