Completed tributes
Yours to keep. Download the print-ready files again any time, or download the original photographs you uploaded. The PDF is sized and bled for a professional printer — take it to any local print shop, or print at home on card stock.
Memorial websites
A memorial website is licensed for a 1-year term that renews from there, or for life with nothing to renew. The web address never changes for as long as the site is active, so the QR codes printed on your programs keep working.

Who else can help
Anyone can leave a message or add a photograph to a memorial. If you would rather not watch over that alone, you can ask someone you trust to help. Give them Can edit and they can remove anything that does not belong there — nothing else changes hands: the obituary, the photographs you chose and who can find the memorial all stay with you. Access is per memorial, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Can edit — the same, plus change the wording and the photographs.
Admin — the same, plus manage people, renewal and billing.

Emails from us
Messages and photographs appear on your memorial straight away, so these two emails are how you find out. We'd keep them on.
Deactivate your account
This locks you out of signing in for 30 days. Your memorial websites will stay online so that printed QR codes and links already shared with family continue to work — signing in again after 30 days automatically reactivates your account.
If you'd also like a memorial site taken down, do that from the Memorial Sites tab first — that one can't be undone.
Before you go, we'd suggest downloading your print files and original photographs from the Tributes tab.
Payment method
Used only when you order something new. We never store your card number ourselves — it's held securely by our payment provider.
No card is kept on file. You enter one at checkout, and it is held by Stripe rather than by us.
Receipts
Itemised receipts are kept permanently. Funeral and memorial costs are often claimable against an estate, so these may be worth keeping with your records.
